Welcome to PageOne. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using PageOne, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PageOne, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PageOne. Some content may be restricted to users 17 years or older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

- You may not use any automated systems to access content
- Downloaded content is for offline reading within the app only

When using PageOne, you agree not to:

- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to circumvent any security features
- Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

6. Purchases and Payments
PageOne may offer in-app purchases, including virtual currency (coins), subscriptions, and premium content.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
7. Content Ratings and Mature Content
Some content on PageOne may contain mature themes. Content is rated according to our guidelines:
- Users under 17 may have restricted access to certain content
- You are responsible for ensuring age-appropriate content access
- Parental controls should be enabled where appropriate
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Conduct that harms other users or PageOne
- Extended periods of inactivity
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Content will be accurate or complete
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGEONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PageOne and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
